    "content": "Therefore, I see nothing absolutely wrong with the Motion and that is why I approved it. But more importantly, it falls on the shoulders of this House to approve Departmental Committees and to even approve Motions seeking establishment of Select Committees. Indeed, I am sure Hon. Makali Mulu is quite alive to the fact that this House, just recently, about three or four weeks ago, approved the establishment of a Joint Select Committee of both this House and the Senate to deal with this matter. As we appreciated, it would ordinarily fall on the shoulders of our own Departmental Committee of Justice and Legal Affairs."
