In terms of our rules, party sponsored Motions are not even balloted for. That is in the rules. This Motion, I mentioned to you, was signed by your deputy. If you come and claim, in your place, that it is not party sponsored, as you did, what you should have done is to seek to withdraw it. The only reason why it was fast-tracked in keeping with our Standing Orders is because it was signed by your deputy as a party sponsored Motion and it received priority as is the normal practice."
