You raise and cite the Standing Order on which you claim to say something. This is because the Leader of the Minority Party, as I said, is at liberty to express himself and say that he supports, does not or he thinks that if it is passed this way, we shall be making a mistake. That is said every day. There is nothing wrong with that. Therefore, to that extent, I cannot rule him out of order.
