    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I support the Motion. Gambling, lotteries and other ways of making money easily have become the order of the day. I imputed in this House that Kenya is becoming a gambling nation. People have become lazy and are not working. The people who are working are committing their salaries into funny gambling, until you find somebody getting out of his mind. I have an example from my place. Somebody spent all the money he got after retirement and he ran mad."
