From the outset, I want to say that I oppose this Motion because I believe that Kenya is not a failed State. We have Departmental Committees in the National Assembly. I believe this problem would easily be dealt with by the relevant Departmental Committee. I believe that before all these gambling companies enter into the prospect of their gambling business, they apply for registration, where they undergo a rigorous vetting process and their addresses are received. The particulars of the people who are involved are known. Their passports spell where they come from, who they are and what they have been doing.
