    "content": "Is it in order for the Hon. Member to continue with the line which you warned against, the thing about casting aspersions. I do not think it is fair. I raised this issue of gambling on this Floor and I should be congratulated by my colleagues as opposed to somebody trying to impute an improper motive. Further, we discussed this issue in the HBC and the Members unanimously agreed that there is a problem with gambling.
