    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for the opportunity. The concept of the whole thing is okay but I oppose the Select Committee Members. I know there is a Departmental Committee which should be responsible for this. It should hold public hearings because our Constitution is people-centered. I do not think the leadership of the House should be included because they cannot spare two weeks to be away from this House to meet other commitments."
