    "content": "The KEMRI Board of Management has not taken action on issues of clear conflict of interest among employees, human resource malpractices, and financial mismanagement and misappropriation. There was a clear loss of confidence in KEMRI by donors. Some have appointed their own agents to manage the funds they are contributing to the nation. Further, such lack of confidence may have resulted in the formation of the RCTP Faces. There is no policy on management of clients at the KEMRI."
