    "content": "a) That the Ministry of Health should initiate and fast-track the process of giving Mathare National Teaching and Referral Hospital autonomy by anchoring it on gazettement status and making an enactment of the necessary law. b) The Ministry of Health should fund the Mathare National Teaching and Referral Hospital directly as is the case with Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and Kenyatta National Hospital. c) The Ministry of Health should prioritise infrastructure development at the facility in the 2016/2017 Financial Year.
