    "content": "Another important aspect of this Bill is on self-regulation. The current NGO law has no aspect of self-regulation. The law enacted in 2013 sets out a very elaborate process of self- regulation by PBOs and civil societies. This is very important so that they can regulate and control themselves to ensure that whatever they are doing has an impact to the community. This aspect will enhance performance."
