    "content": "However, as we put this law into effect we need to know that not all NGOs are angels, some of them are also not that good and we need to tackle them. We need to ensure that there is transparency and accountability in the world of NGOs and the civil society and take care of that through such a law. We need to legislate and audit the NGOs and the civil society. This should not be through auditors whom they identify themselves with because they are serving the public. This is because the people who run these organisations may not be running them very well. They could be good in bookkeeping especially for their interests but in terms of transparency that cannot be ascertained."
