    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Bill by Hon. Neto. It is important we streamline the NGO sector in Kenya. This is because we have had NGOs that come up and defraud Wananchi . For example, we had NGOs that came up after the 2007 ethnic violence in my constituency. They defrauded suppliers and members of the public and left. We have also had NGOs in Nairobi who have been defrauding our suppliers. I think streamlining those NGOs is important without also forgetting that there are straight NGOs that have given serious input into the wellbeing of Kenyans. With those few remarks, I support."
