    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. They target vulnerable people who are really suffering in our communities. In most cases, they target the disabled, women and orphans. They have very good programmes that make our communities have better lives. They also touch the health sector and support those people. They also provide water in some cases and agricultural projects. All those projects can eradicate poverty in this country."
