Members, I want to remind the House that if you have not looked at the mediated version of this Bill, you may find yourself discussing the things that you debated before the Bill went to the Senate. We are not discussing general things. We are dealing with the mediated version. If you have not seen the mediated version, you are unlikely to add value to the debate. I will be keenly listening and if I find you discussing things such as water is life, I might have to stop you. You will not be adding any value. It is true that water is life and it is a good thing to say but we are only concerned with the mediated version of the Bill.
