    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate what the hon. Member has said because, indeed, the two communities from the opposite sides were not able to communicate for the said period. However, as the House is aware, my Ministry does not do the actual construction. It has to procure works from the eligible contractors. Therefore, we have to follow the laid down procurement procedure, which took the one month period the hon. Member has talked about. However, the contractor is under clear instructions to ensure that the work is completed as soon as possible. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
