    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, Clause 107 of the Bill deals with upstream petroleum infrastructure along roads and railways. The import of this amendment is to exclude installation of upstream petroleum infrastructure in forests, national parks, reserves and heritage sites because they are of great importance to the country. We agreed with the Senate on this amendment."
