    "content": "If you look at the amendment contained under Clause 4 of the Bill, fundamentally, it proposes to enhance the Financial Reporting Centre’s power to impose civil monetary penalties or fines to natural persons in the case of a CEO of a bank or in the case of a corporate body that breaches or fails to comply with any instruction, direction or rules issued.
