    "content": "Hon. Speaker, there were reasons. One, that Parliament, in terms of time tends to handle matters in a faster manner. Two, we also took into account the rule of the House of sub judice that we cannot have parallel matters pending before the Judiciary and Parliament. Therefore, we advised them to come here. Three, we feel that when the matter is before us, it is a matter that involves other issues which can be ventilated well by the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology and this House."
