    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am glad that you seem to realise that if this Petition was to go the way it is going, we could be setting a very dangerous precedent. I agree with that. However, I sympathise with my colleague and learned brother, Hon. Irungu Kang’ata. If the matter was in court and has been withdrawn, it would have been prudent to bring the Petition together with a notice of court withdrawal of that suit so that as Members of this Honourable House look at that Petition, we are sure about what we are doing. Indeed, this path that we are taking on this particular Petition could be dangerous, in my view."
