    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Committee considered the Senate amendments in its sitting held on Tuesday, 2nd August, 2016 to the Energy Bill, 2015. The Committee’s decision to accept and/or reject the amendments is based on the constitutional requirements and the provisions of the National Assembly Standing Orders. The Committee agreed with all the amendments proposed by the Senate except one on Clause 57(e)(i). We shall be giving reasons why we rejected this amendment. I beg to second."
