Members, before we get many of you to contribute, allow me to recognise the presence of pupils from Kabasis Primary School, Baringo Central Constituency, Baringo County; Kapkochur Primary School, Marakwet West Constituency, Elgeyo Marakwet County; Maitha Primary School, Tigania West Constituency, Meru County; Little Angels Primary School, Isiolo North Constituency, Isiolo County and Harambee Gardens, Likoni Constituency, Mombasa County. They are welcome to observe proceedings in the National Assembly. Hon. Members, before we embark on debate, it is fair to appreciate the Report of the Committee and what both the Mover and Seconder have said that they have agreed with all the amendments proposed by the Senate except one. The Vice-Chair has explained that they will be explaining that when the House goes into the Committee of the whole House.
