This amendment is a bit ambiguous because it says that two persons shall be nominated by the organisation representing the largest number of persons. Which organisation will this be? It is a vague amendment. I want to agree with the Committee that this amendment is not clear. It does not tell which organisation it is going to be. Is it a company or, what kind of an institution is it? It is likely to be discriminative."
