    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I will agree with the Committee on this and reject the Senate’s proposal, but not very much in e(i) but e(ii). You remember very well that we had rejected this Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) when we were dealing with the Petroleum Bill yesterday. We said it is a body that is amorphous. It is not very clearly defined in law. Because of that, I reject the Senate’s amendments."
