    "content": "This Bill has come at the right time and taken the right direction. Clause 5 creates an offence of giving. I think that is one of the extremely important clauses. Blacklisting of companies is something we should look at and it is not enough. Therefore, this Bill creates the right environment by letting people know that the private sector is also a player in the corruption problem as the public sector."
