    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. One thing that is very certain is that the Government is one single big consumer of services and goods in our country. Many more times, when we talk about issues of corruption and bribery, we have always tended to look at Government as either from inside, outbound or inside itself, only to an extent that we forget that the main suppliers of goods and largely the services the Government gives out are from the private sector."
