    "content": "We need to introduce a raft of amendments to this Bill in order to catch the aspirations and expectations of Kenyans. Kenyans who are watching us deliberating this Bill are saying that this is a very important Bill. It should shed light on the operations of NGOs, certain lawyers and insurance companies, who engage in corruption. The CS, in whose docket this Bill is domiciled, should enforce the law to ensure that NGOs, lawyers, insurance companies and casinos make full disclosures of their financial statements. There are sagas in the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). Does it mean that we cannot fight the corruption menace because the head of the EACC is embroiled in serious corruption issues? We want to ask the various Government agencies involved in the fight against corruption like the Office of Director of Public"
