    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice to this Bill. The problem we have in this country is our mindset. Unless we change it, even if we legislate on bribery, nothing will work. The pieces of legislation that have passed by this House are sufficient to address issues of bribery and corruption, but our moral fabric is rotten. We have changed the way we look at things. Some crimes are not even defined in this Bill, for example, what happens in kind. Somebody walks in an office knowing very well the laid down guidelines in terms of any application, but they want to use other means to achieve what they want."
