    "content": "The only new thing that has encouraged me is the mention of the private sector. We have to get concerned about this area when we talk about corruption. It takes two to tango. For the private sector to commit an act of corruption, they must collude with somebody in the public sector. The biggest business for the private sector is the public sector. What the private sector makes from its business is what they call profit. I do not think they mind having a big profit as possible. My opinion is that corruption in the private sector is encouraged by officers in public service who leak information on the tendering requirements hence we end up getting bloated costs for goods and services. In so doing, our country loses a lot of money."
