"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I just wonder. In this day and age, we need to be schooled on what the contact details of an individual mean because it can mean a lot of things. I tend to be from the old school with regard to the language of English. Should the wording be “record in writing” or “record in written?” Do they mean the same thing or different things? We seem to be drafting errors here. Should we talk of “record in writing” or “record in written or any other form?” I need to be schooled on this one. In my view, it should read “record in writing.”"
