    "content": "I wish to inform the House that we do not have any objection as a Committee. What the Senate has done is just to reword some of those phrases. The amendment seeks to delete what has been used in paragraphs (b), (c), (d) and (e) and substitute them with other appropriate words which basically mean the same thing. We do not have any objection."
