    "content": "Hon. Gumbo seems to have a point. However, if you go through the Bill which we passed as a House on that clause, we approved that access to information of a public entity or private body shall be provided expeditiously and inexpensively. The Senate has redrafted the same clause and deleted the last word, “inexpensively” and replaced it with “reasonable cost”. We can pass the amendment as it is, but when we will be making the other policies, then we can specify what “reasonable cost” means."
