    "content": "The effect of this amendment is to provide that an information officer shall send to the applicant a written response within 15 working days on receipt of the application, advising the proposed process of accessing the information once the payment if any is made. It means if you need any information from a public or private entity once you write to that organisation or persons then the person or information officer must respond to you as an applicant within a specified number of days. We do not have any objection."
