"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 14 of 2016) be now read a Second Time. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Bill is meant to amend the Civil Aviation Act, 2013. The objective of this Bill is to address the findings of International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) audit and the United States (US) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Review for International Audit Safety and Assessment Category.
