    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was just trying to tell him that he should be the one to give us an answer. On that note, I agree with you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, that we have very senior ladies out there. They agreed that when Kenyans appreciate that even ladies can be Managing Directors--- We had one Managing Director, Lucy Mbugua, who did a very commendable job. They promised to partner with JKIA. I think the people who were in the delegation are still pursuing that agenda so that we can have a Memorandum of Understanding on how to run the airport. There is not a single day the media and the KCA have not asked me about this Bill. If we pass this Bill before we go for recess, which is on 4th September, it will be very good for this country."
