    "content": "After considering the matter brought by the petitioner, the facts given by the CS and the prayers sought, the Committee made the following recommendations:- (i) that an additional amount of money from the Emergency Fund under the CS in the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development be disbursed to KeRRA to enable the Authority to undertake the construction works on the 28 kilometres of the road; and, (ii) that Igembe Central Constituency Roads Committee should allocate funds to cater for the periodical maintenance of the road from Farm to Murera Gate in Meru National Park. That is all about the first petition."
