    "content": "Having considered the matter brought before the Committee by the petitioner and the facts given by the Ministry, the Committee made the following recommendations:- (i) that the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development fast- tracks the procurement process for the rehabilitation of the Karatina-Jambo-Kagochi Road; (ii) that the Ministry fast-tracks the procurement process for upgrading of the Kagochi- Karatina-Karatina University section of the road; and, (iii) that the Ministry fast-tracks the procurement process for the upgrade to bitumen standard of the Gatindu-Gaikuyu-Karatina Hospital section of the road under the Roads 10,000 Kilometre Programme."
