    "content": "The fifth petition was presented on 25th February by Hon. Robert Mbui, on behalf of the residents of Kathiani Constituency, regarding the delayed construction of the Kathiani-Kagundo Bridge along Thwake River. The petitioner prays that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, investigates the reason for the delay in building the bridge. We recommend immediate reconstruction of the bridge with a view to restore the economic activities between the two regions back to normalcy."
