    "content": "The Committee needs to look at the way funds are distributed for roads maintenance in this country. Some petitioners are requesting for dual carriageways while other counties like mine have no roads. We have been complaining about a Class “B” Road, which has never been tarmacked. When we see people asking for a second road or a dual carriageway and we have none, it is an issue of concern. These are the issues that the Committee should take up and discuss to make sure that, as a country, all regions are treated fairly."
