"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Minister in order to evade the question? This is an American Ambassador running the Government, and in particular, his Ministry. Why did the Minister act on this letter, because all protocol was thrown through the window? Why did he not refer this matter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs? If this Government is being run by foreign ambassadors, then it has no business being in Government. Did the Minister raise the issue of protocol with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cabinet?"
