    "content": "The other thing I like about the Bill regards private practice. There is a fallacy in the Government at the moment that all doctors or medical personnel work for Government institutions but if you go to Government hospitals, you will never find them there; you only find them in their private practices. I believe this will go a long way in putting in place structures where private practice is separate from Government practice. If somebody defaults or goes against the rules, he or she should be deregistered by the board."
