    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to thank Hon. Mule for choosing me to be part of his favourite to contribute to this Bill. I would like to say that this is a very important Bill. It is like having a beautiful car and you do not have a mechanic who can fix it when it breaks down. That is the severity within which we are looking at this sector. As we know, a large population of youth want to have jobs. At this point in time, our country is experiencing an acute shortage of such people in this sector. I surely believe that our citizens are looking forward to employment in this sector. The average salary of people in this sector is between Kshs100,000 to Kshs450,000 per month. It is useful for our people to know that they should go out and study in this field so that they will be employable. This work touches the lives of people. This is important because we understand that the World Health Organisation (WHO) is looking at putting the countries in the map at international standards, which we need to be part of."
