    "content": "The issue of fee is pertinent and it is good to note that this Bill does not, at this particular time, prescribe any fees. It leaves space and prescribes that the Cabinet Secretary will, through regulation, come up with a reasonable fee that can be charged to adults, children, foreigners and locals so that it does not become inhibitory for people to visit. On the management of the mausoleum, we expect the National Museums of Kenya to use funds that are obtained from the same mausoleum to maintain it. At the same time, we expect the money they are given by the National Treasury to be used for the same. This is a sight of national importance just like many others."
