    "content": "Pan Africanists like Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, Tom Mboya, Paul Ngei, Bildad Kagia and others who did not participate directly in the struggle for independence of this country. The tombs where these people are buried need to be rehabilitated so that Kenyans can visit them. That way, Kenyans will get an opportunity to learn about the history of this country. I am appealing to the Mover of this Bill, Hon. Muthomi Njuki from Chuka/Igambangómbe Constituency to also provide in the Bill names of those other founding fathers of this nation so that Kenyans can visit their tombs even if it is not for generating income through tourism, but for recognition of the good work that they did."
