    "content": "The common man is the one who is suffering. I am sure he has promoted the Member who brought this Bill. I wish my colleagues will pass this Bill to save Kenyans from suffering. If the Government chips in to assist the patients, many people will come out. Some people have surrendered to die because there is no treatment. When the Government comes in to assist the patients, a lot of people will come out of their houses because our Government is concerned, and has come to rescue them and take care of them. I support this Bill, so that Kenyans can be assisted. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
