We will skip Order No.12 then move on to Orders No.13, 14 and 15. From there, depending on the numbers, we will go back to Order No.12. If not, we will proceed with the Committee of the Whole and the remaining Orders. Hon. Senators, I, therefore, wish to put the question to Order Nos.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15.
