    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) No funds have been allocated to construct the Nandi North District Headquarters during the 2010/2011 Financial Year. However, the District will be considered among others in the next Financial Year, 2011/2012. (b) According to the current module of district headquarters developed by the Ministry of Public Works, the cost of constructing a single district headquarters is estimated to be Kshs30 million. (c) Completion of the proposed Nandi North District Headquarters will depend on availability of funds and the signed contract agreement."
