I am aware that the district headquarters at Kapsabet, which was our former district headquarters, cost the Government Kshs200 million. I wonder what type of an office Kshs30 million will construct. The Assistant Minister has also indicated that the completion of the construction will depend on the availability of funds. The funds he is talking about is Kshs30 million. If he will only use Kshs30 million, could he give a time-frame when the work will be completed?"
