Let us, first of all, get the money and then ask for the time-frame. Otherwise, as we stand now, I cannot give a time frame for something that is not available. The Kshs30 million is for the new model of the architectural drawing that we have. We are going to spread it all over the other districts. So, I will give a time-frame once we get the money and disburse it to the districts for construction purposes."
