Whereas it is unfortunate that we have been unable to raise the numbers that we need for this particular business, let it also be known to the rest of the public that this afternoon the Senators have done a sterling job. They have passed not one, not two, but 15 Motions that have gone through division. Let it not look like they have done nothing; let us encourage them. Sen.
