    "content": "I know generally that the way trials are conducted in the Kenya Defence Forces is not the best in as far as the principle of natural justice, the rule of law and anything that appertains to justice is concerned. It is important that Hon. M’eruaki has brought this Petition so that any other soldier who is undergoing that kind of suffering can know that they can get relief from this House. I pray that the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations looks at it and ensures that justice is done to that brother and voter of mine."
